Ambient Condition
Altitude does not exceed 2500 meters.
The upper limit of ambient temperature is +40°C, and the lower limit is -10°C.
The average relative humidity is not greater than 95% on a daily basis and not greater than 90% on a monthly basis.
The air should be free of conductive dust and gases that can corrode metal and damage insulation. There should be no fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, or intense vibration.
Note: When the above environmental conditions are not met, it should be specified at the time of ordering and manufactured according to special requirements.
Ordering Information (must be specified when ordering )
1. Main circuit scheme number, purpose, single-line system diagram, arrangement diagram, and layout diagram of the distribution room.
2. Auxiliary circuit wiring diagram, terminal arrangement diagram.
3. Models, specifications, and quantities of electrical components inside the switchgear.
4. Requirements for control, measurement, and protection functions of the switchgear, as well as other interlocking and automatic device requirements.
5. If busbar bridges are required between switchgear or incoming cabinets, provide specific requirements such as the rated current, span, height above ground, etc., of the busbar bridge.
6. When accessories or spare parts are needed, specify the type and quantity.
7. If the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, provide detailed information when ordering.
Switchgear Structure Description
The switchgear consists of a fixed cabinet and a removable part (referred to as a handcart). The outer shell of the switchgear and the partition of each functional unit are made of 2mm aluminum-zinc-plated aluminum sheets imported from abroad. The protection level of the switchgear outer shell is IP4X. The protection level when the circuit breaker room door is open is IP2X.
The KYN28A-24(Z) switchgear can be equipped with VD4-24, VS1-24, and other models of vacuum circuit breaker handcart. The switchgear can be installed as a double cabinet side by side, i.e., installed as a back-to-back or face -to-face double-row arrangement. Since the installation and commissioning of the switchgear are carried out from the front, the switchgear can be installed close to the wall to save floor space and improve the installation flexibility.
